Neutralize negative past programming

Many Silva graduates have reported wonderful successes in dealing with old limiting beliefs, with the "wounded child" that therapists talk about, and with such problems as irrational fears, feelings of guilt that can destroy self-esteem, and self-doubts that sabotage confidence and achievement.

Most of our core beliefs were "installed" in our "bio-computer" brain when we were very young, when we were functioning at much lower brain frequencies, when we had not yet developed analytical faculties and "critical consciousness," when we simply took in and accepted whatever was told to us as if it were true.

Things that were told to you - or done to you - when you were 5 years old, when your overall predominate brain frequency was 5 cycles per second, were impressed on the 5-cycles theta part of the brain. This is probably beneath conscious awareness of the adult that you have become, and even if you are aware of it, you need to go back to the 5 cycles - 5-year-old level to correct it.

Sometimes those beliefs were beaten into us, literally. Sometimes other horrible things were done to us, and left scars that can never be removed... but that can be neutralized so that we can get on with our lives and can become the productive, happy, successful people that we were designed to be when we were sent here.

It is virtually impossible to correct those deeply rooted problems from an adult level - from the beta frequency. Even the alpha frequency is usually too high. These beliefs and limitations are installed at the very lowest frequencies, in the theta part of the brain.

When you learn to enter the theta level with conscious awareness, then you can program to correct problems that are rooted there.
